Do you provide staffing?
We sure do. Our professional and experienced team includes Chefs, Wait Staff, Bar Staff and for larger events, Event Managers. We offer competitive rates for all our staff. The total staffing cost will depend on the requirements for your event. There is a minimum charge of three hours for all staff members.
Do you drop off food that we can serve ourselves?
We are a full service catering company and as such the majority of our menus require cooking and or heating our food onsite with Chefs and Wait Staff in attendance.
However, we do have select drop off menus within our Corporate Menu. A delivery fee may be applied in the circumstances.
If any of our drop off menus are not suitable for your corporate event, please let us know and we’d be happy to create a bespoke drop off menu within your budget.
Do you arrange a site inspection before our corporate event?
Yes, and in fact we always prefer this. A site visit ensures we can carefully map out the logistics for your event such as our preparation area, proximity to water and power and whether any specific equipment will be required. All in all it ensures the smooth running of your event and no surprises on the day.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We sure do. If we are advised of the specific dietary needs of your guests prior to your event, we can prepare a substitute menu or
If we are advised on the needs of guests before we arrive onsite a substitute menu where needed will be served. You do not have to select your menu to work around guests with dietary requirements.
What equipment do we require?
This will depend on the nature of your event. We hire a range of equipment including crockery, glassware and serving items.
What facilities do you need on-site?
We will require access to water and power. We will also need bench space or enough space to place our trestle tables. We would also prefer to have appropriate shelter for our preparation area.
Our venue does not have a kitchen – can you still cater for us?
Yes, although we will likely need to hire a range of additional equipment that my not otherwise be required if your venue had a kitchen. We can undertake a site visit and find out exactly what we will need to cater for your event at your chosen location.
We need catering at a conference for over 300 people – is this a problem?
Absolutely not. We cater for events big and small. We have a professional and dedicated team that will ensure your event runs smoothly.
